Conflict Management

Every person faces conflict at work. When left unmanaged, conflict creates undue stress on the individual and a loss of productivity in the organization. What makes conflict negative or positive is the way in which it is handled. This conflict management training program describes five styles of conflict and how to best use each mode based on the situation, and it informs participants of their own natural conflict mode. Participants will also apply Dion Leadership’s Healthy Conflict Model and learn practical tools to help them manage conflict in their own lives.
