The world of labor relations has dramatically shifted in the months following President Biden’s inauguration. The immediate dismissal of the General Counsel of the NLRB (during his inaugural address) was the initial sign of sweeping changes to the labor landscape.
Significant new legislation is being sponsored in Congress. If the PRO Act is passed, it will be the most significant change to US labor law in decades.
