They’ll discuss how organizations can gather clearer behavioral data about leadership effectiveness, use that insight to guide leader development, and create real accountability for leader performance.
A practical, research-informed alternative, the Gallagher leadership effectiveness model introduced in this session is designed to help HR and talent development professionals measure, diagnose, and strengthen their leaders and inform their leadership development programs, transforming both into a strategic competitive advantage.
Chris and Steve will share Gallagher’s 8-dimension leadership effectiveness model and explain how it differs from employee engagement surveys and 360 assessments. They will explore why measuring leaders’ impact matters and how organizations can leverage consistent, scalable data gathering to improve leader capability at every level—from new managers to senior leaders of leaders. Not only will this approach improve leader performance and wellbeing, but it will also positively impact organizational culture and business results.
