Our 2026 catalog is out and ready for you to download!
The theme that our team chose this year, “Tomorrow’s Workplace Starts Here,” reflects Dion Leadership’s commitment to preparing learners not just for the issues they face today but also for what comes next—those big, complex challenges that are just around the corner. Exactly what tomorrow looks like is highly dependent on your industry and organization, of course. But what we know for sure is that capable, creative, forward-thinking leaders are key to meeting the challenges of transformational technological and economic trends already in motion … the ones that are impacting all of us.
In fact, we’re living it ourselves. Dion Leadership is entering the new year as part of Gallagher, a leading global insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting firm. As we reimagine our existence, we find ourselves calling on several of the foundational leadership skills reflected in our curriculum: developing self-awareness, building strong relationships, optimizing employee alignment and engagement, and setting and executing strategic priorities. As leaders across all sectors understand, navigating the pace and uncertainty that change brings requires preparation and diligence.
What does it take to be ready for tomorrow’s workplace?
Let’s have a look at what the research data tells us. Over the last several months, we’ve taken a deep dive into Gallagher’s extensive and varied customer network for data and insights into a range of organizational culture and leadership topics. Responses to a recent Gallagher Organizational Wellbeing Poll of HR leaders identified enhancing manager effectiveness, preparing future leaders, and revamping training and development—all of which are in our training and development wheelhouse—among their top strategic priorities. Dion Leadership surveys have also identified declining employee engagement and satisfaction and increased stress and burnout as major effects of economic and political volatility, artificial intelligence and other technologies, and the competition for top talent. These findings and priorities align with what our expert coaches, facilitators, and consultants see when they deliver our services—and what we are experiencing ourselves.
Which brings us back to our 2026 catalog. Our tried-and-true course content continues to map well to support you in building healthy cultures, stronger leaders, and engaged employees under evolving business conditions. Two of our newest offerings, Cultivating Executive Presence and Leadership Through Empowerment, highlight ways leaders can optimize their impact. We’ve also expanded our Knowledge in 90 offerings to meet the demand for focused, bite-sized learning that leaders can apply immediately.
Together, Dion Leadership and our clients are entering 2026 with a focus on moving forward with intentionality and a renewed determination. Whether leveraged as individual courses or an expansive program, our curriculum places sound leadership principles into the context of the modern workplace. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow, we’re staying true to our mission of creating workplaces where employees start every day excited and end every day accomplished.
