The Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict Learning Experience
Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict model comes to life as an engaging virtual or in-person classroom training and personalized learning experience. The customizable program includes three modules:
Module 1: DiSC in Conflict
Participants discover how DiSC® styles affect their own and others’ conflict behaviors.
Module 2: Destructive Responses
Participants learn how their thoughts can conflict with behaviors and what thoughts and behaviors might be typical for them.
Module 3: Changing Your Response
Participants learn how to “catch” and reframe their thoughts, which can help them choose more productive behaviors in conflict.
The Assessment
The research-validated, online assessment asks participants to respond to behavioral statements on a five-point scale, including application-specific questions to help determine the participant’s conflict priorities. Built using the latest adaptive testing methodology, each participant receives precise insights to personalize their experience.
