New Crisis Leadership and Emotional Resilience Training for Leaders, Remote Workers, and Virtual Teams

When coronavirus (COVID-19) turned our workplaces upside down at the beginning of 2020, we began working on a few new, creative training programs focusing on crisis leadership and emotional resilience for remote workers and virtual team. After researching and assessing the best thinkers in both academia and industry, we brought the latest research-based insights to our new, unprecedented context to create practical, application-based programs with value pricing.

For some organizations, it may seem too soon to consider development offerings. For others, it is the right time to provide this critical support to ensure that leader and employee interactions remain constructive and supportive as the organization makes large-scale organizational changes. New Training & Leadership Coaching Programs

Leading Through Crisis

These 30-minute, large-scale live audience sessions provide focus, motivation, and insights for leaders to better understand how they can personally respond to this pandemic and lead others.

Building Resilience

Our interactive three-part program is designed to help employees walk away with a practical plan of action for managing through a stressful time and building emotional resilience.

Facilitated conversations in these sessions are guided by a well-established four-part model for building resilience based upon awareness, exposure, recovery, and mindset.

Crisis Coaching Cohort

This small-group coaching program is designed for key leaders needing support during this crisis. Replicating the power individual leadership coaching sessions can have on a leader’s performance, our leadership coach will guide participants through a focused coaching process. Participants will leave each session with a clear plan for approaching their work and other colleagues during these critical weeks.

Virtual Training Courses for Virtual Teams and Remote Workers

We have years of experience converting and facilitating our traditional half-day workshops into shorter micro-learning series of proctored live sessions. Check out the list of courses we currently have available to facilitate or offer you to facilitate internally.
